When Photon was first discovered, there were various random objects scattered around it. These included a keyring labeled “Room Number 4,” a brand-new boxing glove with the price tag still attached, and a small notebook filled with handwritten recipes.

No one has been able to determine how these items ended up there or if they have any connection to the Larriq. Interestingly, Photon showed no interest in these objects, displaying no curiosity or concern about them.

Like other Larriqs, Photon possesses a quirky superpower, although it’s somewhat subtle.
This Larriq has the ability to alter the taste of any nearby food or drink—but only to give it a slight vanilla flavor. Whether it’s a sip of water, a dollop of ketchup, or even a strip of bacon, you’ll notice a faint hint of vanilla when Photon is nearby. While this trait is unique, like the other odd abilities of the Larriqs, it holds little practical value in the human world.
